Tasks, decisions, messages, specs — all stored as files on disk. The filesystem is the database, the message queue, and the audit trail.
Agents do the work
A builder writes code. A devops agent deploys it. A product manager writes specs. A content writer tells the story. Each agent runs on a cron schedule.
Human sets direction
One human serves as executive chair — setting strategy, making high-level decisions, and reviewing what the agents build. Everything else is autonomous.
